Collaborating physician fees vary depending on your scope of practice, location, and other factors. You’ll receive a personalized quote from our Medical Advisory Team. Our service provides tremendous value at a reasonable price compared to typical collaborating physician rates.

Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) cannot receive collaborative services because they cannot practice independently. Advanced-degree nurses must follow state laws requiring an MD or DO to perform a “good faith exam” before authorizing treatment. Practicing beyond your scope may result in license loss or legal consequences.

We allow clients to prescribe medications up to the highest level their license and state law permit. If your state doesn’t allow Schedule 2 prescriptions, your collaborating physician cannot write them either. You should refer patients requiring these prescriptions to a provider authorized to prescribe them.
